8-Foot Table Cover FAQs
Sizing, drape options, print method, and trade-show fit.
- What's the difference between 6-foot and 8-foot table covers?
- An 8-foot cover fits a 96-inch by 30-inch banquet table — the trade-show and conference standard. It's two feet wider than the 6-foot vendor cover and gives more print real estate for demo stations, lead-capture surfaces, and trade-show booth fronts.
- Open-back, closed-back, or both?
- Both are available. Open-back (three-side drape) is the working spec — the back is open for storage, demo cables, or a chair. Closed-back (four-side drape) is the polished spec for trade shows where the booth back is visible to the public.
- Does the print wrap onto all sides?
- Yes. Full wrap-around print is included — front, both sides, top, and back (for closed-back covers). The top of the cover reads from above (a buyer leaning over a demo), and the front reads from the aisle.
- Can the table cover match my booth canopy?
- Yes. Pantone matching is part of the included graphic design — we Pantone-match across the canopy, the table cover, the back wall, and the feather flags so the booth photographs as one coordinated brand.
- Is the fabric durable enough for repeated trade-show use?
- Yes. Wrinkle-resistant polyester holds up to weekly trade-show use. Machine-washable on cold; tumble dry low; folds flat into a carry bag between events.
- What's the lead time on an 8-foot table cover?
- 10 to 14 business days from art approval and payment, plus transit. Graphic design and vectorization are included. Rush production is available on request — useful for short-notice trade show or conference rebrands.
