What Can You Customize on a Pop Up Tent?

Canopy Top
The four peaked panels people see from across the lot. Print one big logo per side, a repeat pattern, or a full photo edge to edge.
Valance
The 8-inch strip that hangs around the canopy edge, at eye level for anyone walking up. The best place for a name, phone number, or website.
Full Sidewalls
Zip-on walls that block sun, wind, and sideways rain, and give you a full-height billboard. Order one side or all four.
Half-Walls
About 36 inches tall. They border a booth or sideline without closing it in, and carry a logo or sponsor marks at table height.
Back Wall
A printed backdrop behind your table for photos, menus, and price lists. Pairs with the canopy so the booth reads as one piece.
Table Cover
A matching 6-ft or 8-ft printed table cover, so the front of the booth carries the brand too.

How to Order a Custom Pop Up Tent

Send your logo or idea
Send a logo in any format, a Pantone code, or a rough sketch. Graphic design is included: layout, vectorization, and Pantone matching.
- Step 3
Approve the digital proof
Review a digital proof of every printed surface and ask for changes. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- Step 4
Printing and production
Your canopy and walls are printed with dye-sublimation on 600D PU polyester and fitted to the frame. Production takes 10 to 14 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush production is available on request.
- Step 5
Shipping
The tent ships anywhere in the US from Ocala, Florida, packed in a rolling trolley bag, plus transit time.

Big and simple reads farther
One bold logo per canopy side beats a crowded layout. Fine print and thin lines disappear at a distance.
Contrast over color count
Light on dark or dark on light. Two strong colors read better than six similar ones.
Put the call to action on the valance
The valance sits at eye level. Use it for the name, website, or phone number people need to remember.
Keep logos off the seams
Leave safe zones so a logo isn't cut by a seam or a frame corner. Your proof shows exactly where everything lands.

- No. Send what you have. Our designers vectorize your logo, lay it out on every surface, match your Pantone colors, and send a digital proof before anything prints.
- Will the print fade or peel?
- Dye-sublimation bonds the ink into the polyester fibers instead of sitting on top, so it won't crack or peel. The 600D PU polyester is waterproof, UV-resistant, and flame retardant, and print surfaces are warranted against fading and cracking under normal outdoor use.
- Can I order several matching custom pop up tents?
- Yes. Multi-tent orders, like a sponsor village or a set of team tents, are quoted together under one design pass, so every tent matches.
- Can I put a new printed top on a tent I already own?
- Yes. We print replacement canopy tops for our frames and for standard pop-up frames, so you can rebrand without buying a new frame.
- Can I return a custom pop up tent?
- No. Every custom pop up tent is printed to order with your artwork, so we don't accept returns. Check the digital proof closely: the tent is printed exactly as approved.
