Table Cover FAQs
Sizes, drape styles, print method, and matching the cover to the booth kit.
- What sizes of custom table covers do you make?
- Four standard sizes: 6-foot (the vendor and farmers-market default, 72"×30" table), 8-foot (the trade-show standard, 96"×30" table), 30" round cocktail/highboy covers for receptions and bar setups, and stretch-fitted covers for any standard banquet table.
- What's the difference between full-drape, fitted, and stretch covers?
- Full-drape (open-back) covers drape to the floor on three sides with the back open for storage access — most common for vendor booths. Fitted (closed-back) covers drape on all four sides with snug corners — more polished for retail and wedding. Stretch covers form-fit with spandex for a modern, snug look that hugs the table.
- How is the print applied?
- Full-color dye-sublimation — the ink bonds with the polyester fabric and doesn't crack, peel, or fade like vinyl or screen-print transfers. The result is a continuous print with no seams, no banding, and no surface texture.
- Are table covers reusable across multiple events?
- Yes. The poly fabric is wrinkle-resistant, machine-washable on cold, and folds flat into a carry bag between events. Most customers re-use a single cover for two to three years of weekly vendor schedules.
- Can the table cover match my tent and banner branding?
- Yes. Pantone matching is part of the included graphic design — we Pantone-match across the tent canopy, the banners, the table cover, and the feather flags so the booth photographs as one coordinated brand.
- What's the lead time on a custom table cover?
- 10 to 14 business days from art approval and payment, plus transit. Graphic design and vectorization are included. Rush production is available on request.
