Custom printed 10×10 pop up tents start at $850, including graphic design, the frame, and shipping. Every tent is printed to order, so the final price depends on frame, printed surfaces, quantity, and rush. A real person replies with pricing within one business day.

What size pop up tent should I buy?

Most buyers should choose a 10x10 pop up tent, which covers about 100 square feet and fits a table with a few chairs. Choose 10x15 or 10x20 for team sidelines, larger vendor booths, or groups of ten or more. Always leave room around the frame for stakes and weights.

Check the space you're assigned before you order: most farmers markets, vendor rows, and stadium lots sell 10×10 spots. See how a 10×10 lays out with tables in our 10x10 canopy guide.

Steel vs. Aluminum Frames

Most cheap pop up tents for sale are steel. We only build on hex aluminum. Here's the honest trade-off.

A steel canopy is fine for a few backyard parties a year. If the tent goes up every weekend, or in an open lot, aluminum pays for itself. Compare more frames and fabrics in our guide to pop up tent canopies, or see the best pop up canopy picks by use.

How to Choose a Pop Up Tent

Six things to check before you buy any pop up tent, ours or anyone's.

straighten

Size

Match the footprint you're assigned. Most vendor rows and tailgate slots are 10×10; double booths and big crews need a 10×20.

fitness_center

Frame and Weight

Aluminum frames don't rust and are easier to carry. Pick 40mm for weekly use and 50mm for daily use or open, windy sites.

texture

Canopy Fabric

Look at denier (yarn thickness) and coating. Our tops are 600D PU polyester, printed edge to edge with dye-sublimation so the ink won't crack or peel.

wb_sunny

UV and Water Resistance

A PU coating is what makes polyester waterproof. Our fabric is waterproof, UV-resistant, and flame retardant.

Sidewalls

Full walls block low sun, wind, and sideways rain. Half-walls (about 36 inches) border a booth without closing it in.

anchor

Weights and Stakes

Plan to anchor every leg: sandbags on pavement, ground spikes on grass, tie-down ropes where you can.

Frequently Asked Questions

Size, price, returns, setup time, waterproofing, wind, assembly, and printing.

How much does a pop up tent cost?
A custom printed 10×10 pop up tent from Team Tents starts at $850, including graphic design, the frame, and shipping. 10×15 and 10×20 tents, the 50mm frame, sidewalls, and multi-tent orders are quoted to the job, with pricing back within one business day.
Can I return a pop up tent?
No. Every Team Tents pop up tent is printed to order with your artwork, so we don't accept returns. You approve a digital proof before anything prints, and frames carry a manufacturer warranty against defects.
How long does a pop up tent take to set up?
A Team Tents 10×10 goes up with one person in under five minutes. A 10×20 takes two people, also under five minutes. Each zip-on sidewall adds about 60 seconds.
Are your pop up tents waterproof?
Yes. The canopy and walls are 600D PU polyester, which is waterproof, UV-resistant, and flame retardant. Full sidewalls keep wind-driven rain out of the sides.
How much wind can a pop up tent handle?
Our 50mm hex aluminum frame is rated for winds up to 50 mph when every leg is anchored. No pop up tent is safe unanchored, and above 50 mph the tent should come down.
Do I have to assemble the tent?
No. The frame is one piece: pull it open, lock the sliders at the top of each leg, and raise the legs. The canopy stays attached, and no tools are needed.
Can I get my logo printed on a pop up tent?
Yes. Every Team Tents pop up tent is custom printed full color on the canopy, valance, and any walls you add. Graphic design and a digital proof are included, and production runs 10–14 business days after artwork approval and payment.
